Admission in B.Ed Special Education is through CCS University On-Line Portal which usually opens in June/July every year. Admission will be on merit in qualifying exam (Graduation in any stream).
Admission in D.Ed Special Education is done through On-Line Admission Portal of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) which usually opens between April-June every year. RCI may take admission either through All India Online Aptitude Test (AIOAT) or on merit of qualifying of examamination (10+2).
Eligibility for Admission:
1. B.Ed Special Education (ID) Course- Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 % marks or any other
2. D.Ed Special Education (IDD) Course- Students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent with 50% of marks in any stream are eligible for the course. However, there shall be 5 percent relaxation in the percentage of marks (45%) in case the candidate belongs to SC/ST or PwD categories.
