- Direct admission by merit through CCS University Portal.
- Candidates should apply On-Line on University Portal when Portal for admission in B.Ed. Special Education is open.
- Candidates can also apply to Meerut Institute of Special Education (MISE) by filling the admission form (available on site). Institute will help and guide them when the portal is open.

- Online Applications for admission are invited by RCI usually in April-June every year through admission portal.
